Mr. DiMuzio will oversee M3COM’s Network Operations Center (NOC). Mr. DiMuzio began his 30-year career in telecommunications network operations after earning a degree in business from Northern Kentucky University in 1982. He has held leadership positions with Kroger, Vantiv Worldpay, and Johnson Controls. In his new role with M3COM, he and his team are responsible for domestic and international network connectivity and support for all M3COM telecom customers. Mr. Burgess brings with him over 10 years of experience in network engineering and operations, as well as formal education in information technology and networking from the University of Cincinnati. His new role promises to be challenging and rewarding, as the first line of support for mid-market and enterprise level customers.
